Agriculture and Landscaping:

Dairy Farms
Clean drinking water is essential for the growth and production of all livestock. This is especially true with cattle and dairy farms where substantial weight loss and low milk production have been observed due to inadequate drinking water.
Landscaping/Irrigation
Proper water filtration is extremely important when using micro or “drip” irrigation systems. The plugging of micro-irrigation system emitters is a common problem associated with these systems. Suspended particles, biological growths and chemical precipitants can cause emitter blockage. Suspended particles such as sand, silt, clay, and any other particulate or organic matter in the irrigation water will plug a micro-irrigation system if allowed to reach the emitters. Any particles larger than the emitter opening must be eliminated before the water reaches the emitter. Most drip tape and emitter manufacturers recommend the removal of particles 75 microns and larger to prevent plugging of water emission orifices.
Moreover, purified and treated water will help plants and grass grow quicker and greener.
Farm Houses
In certain circumstances, to improve the quality of agricultural products (fruits, dates etc.), low TDS water is required not only to ensure that the end product is great in taste but also to boost productivity.
Solutions
Based on the requirement of each application, we can develop customized solutions that will ensure the best quality water output. The specific type of filtration system required depends on the irrigation water source, raw water quality and required water quantity. The following are the list of technologies that may be used based on the specific requirement.
- Reverse Osmosis Desalination Systems
- Sand Filters
- Screen Filters
- Disc Filters
- Media Filters
